Midland Warriors is hiring a Club & Community Rugby Officer

(Part Time 20 Hours)

We’re recruiting for a CCRO to support and develop grassroots rugby in our schools network and our club.

The role is being offered on a part-time basis working 20 hours/week over a 52-week period, commencing in September 2025.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the delivery of LTPD Stage 1 & 2 courses and seminars, training will be provided.
• Be Proactive organizing blitzes and rugby events.
• Building links between schools and our club through rugby programmes.
• Maintaining up-to-date records on club development progress.
• Representing Leinster Rugby professionally at all blitzes, camps, and coaching clinics.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about rugby development, youth sport, and community engagement.
